The first phase is a 6-week onboarding process that has a fixed number of visits with support between visits. If you have not already completed this, the link is above. The readiness assessment is designed to measure your readiness to make lifestyle changes that may be necessary to achieve your health goals. This will be followed by completing a comprehensive medical history and self-assessment, which we refer to as the case review. If she does not think that she can be of help, we will let you know and you will have no financial obligation for her time spent on your case review and any payment made to that point will be
