This course will cover what autoimmune disease is and what is happening in the body when this is triggered.  It also covers the main causes of autoimmune disease and how we can impact this in a positive way through lifestyle, supplements and medications.  
 

What will you achieve?

By the end of the course, you‘ll be able to…
  • Understand what autoimmune disease is, which includes learning a little bit about the immune system.
  • Understand the factors that come together to cause autoimmune as well as the factors that interact to keep the body producing antibodies against our own tissues.
  • Learn what we can do to quiet the autoimmune process.
  • Through learning about how to quiet any specific autoimmune disease, you also learn how to decrease the chances of developing another autoimmune disease.
  • Dispel some of the popular thinking/myths about autoimmune disease.

Anyone who has an autoimmune disease or elevated auto-antibodies, or those with a family history of autoimmune disease that want to take preventative steps.
