Yes and No. Flourish is primarily a private pay membership-based practice and we do not submit any insurance claims on behalf of our patients.
While we don't have a billing department that submits claims, we can provide a superbill for individual clinic visits that include appropriate billing codes for patients who want to submit claims to their healthshare or traditional insurance company for potential reimbursement. Dr. Luetmer has "opted-out" of Medicare and MA; therefore, the only option for patients with this coverage (even if they have a traditional payor as a secondary insurance) is self-pay. If Dr. Luetmer orders a service (such as a lab order or medical procedure), then that service may be covered by your insurance/Medicare/MA - per the facility at which the service was ordered.
