Dr. Stacey Luetmer, MD

It has long been my dream to practice medicine in a truly integrative, holistic, and person-centered way—and that dream has become a reality with Flourish Health.

I am a board-certified family practice physician with over 20 years of experience serving the Alexandria Lakes Area in general family medicine, urgent care, and acute care. My journey into functional medicine began about ten years ago, when I recognized that the conventional Western medical model wasn’t meeting the needs of many of my patients—or even my own family.

I’m passionate about using the knowledge and insight I’ve gained to help others on their path to health. True wellness is so much more than the absence of disease; it’s about embracing who we are and fully expressing our genetic and God-given potential to become the best version of ourselves—so we can positively impact the world around us. My goal is to walk alongside each patient on a personal journey toward vibrant health and lasting wellness.

Core Philosophy

The root of Stacey’s philosophy for diagnosing and treating a wide array of conditions lies in a comprehensive approach that combines both physical and mental-emotional treatment methods. In addition to utilizing these treatments effectively, she also strives to teach patients that their good health is largely dependent on:

  • A well-functioning autonomic nervous system and a stomach supplemented with proper enzymes
  • A healthy stomach that is pain-free, creating a balanced emotional state in the process
  • A supportive network of relationships with friends, family, and medical practitioners.

Stacey is a continual source of encouragement to her patients who are dedicated to living their healthiest lives. She leads by example by setting aside time to train for marathons so she can push our daughter, Adrianna, through Walt Disney World at their Run Disney events. Despite her long list of credentials, Stacey does not take herself so seriously that she can’t give Adrianna happy memories by running these events in full character mode!
